About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack goods accurately per shipment specifications using standard packaging materials and labeling protocols
- Load/unload goods from trucks and storage areas with attention to safety procedures and inventory accuracy
- Verify order fulfillment against delivery manifests and ensure proper sealing, tagging, and barcoding of packages
- Support warehouse staff in organizing inventory, maintaining tidy workspaces, and adhering to FIFO stock rotation
- Operate basic material handling equipment (e.g., hand trolleys, pallet jacks) under supervision and report equipment or safety issues immediately
- Participate in daily dispatch checks and assist in preparing documentation for customs or carrier handoffs
Requirements
- Experience with packing standards, inventory control, manual handling, barcode scanning, shipping documentation, and warehouse organization
- Basic English communication (preferred)
- Experience with ERP or WMS systems (preferred)
- Familiarity with UAE customs procedures (preferred)
