Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and seal products according to shipment orders, ensuring correct item count, weight, and packaging material
- Operate handheld scanners and logistics software to update inventory and track outgoing shipments in real time
- Prepare shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists) under team lead supervision
- Maintain clean, organized packing stations and adhere to safety & hygiene standards
- Assist in loading/unloading goods from trucks and staging pallets for outbound shipments
- Report discrepancies in stock, damaged packaging, or incorrect labels immediately to supervisors
Requirements
- Basic literacy in English (reading/writing shipping labels and instructions)
- Ability to operate handheld scanners or barcode devices
- Experience with warehouse packing or logistics support
- Physical stamina to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended shifts
- Attention to detail and ability to follow checklists
- Valid UAE labor card or eligibility to obtain one

Role & Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and seal products according to shipment orders, ensuring correct item count, weight, and packaging material.
- Operate handheld scanners and logistics software to update inventory and track outgoing shipments in real time.
- Prepare shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists) under team lead supervision.
