Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage overseas medical referrals and treatment cases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international patients and their families
- Liaise with hospitals, specialists, insurance providers, and government agencies regarding patient treatment plans
- Review medical reports, treatment recommendations, and referral documentation
- Facilitate appointment scheduling, medical travel arrangements, and treatment coordination
- Monitor patient progress and ensure timely communication between all stakeholders
- Maintain accurate patient records and case documentation
- Prepare medical summaries, reports, and correspondence as required
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and confidentiality requirements
- Provide guidance and support to patients throughout their treatment journey
Requirements
- MBBS degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in healthcare coordination, case management, or patient services
- Proven experience handling international patients and overseas medical referrals
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, treatment pathways, and healthcare systems
- Experience coordinating complex medical cases and multidisciplinary care
