Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized **OMR Coordinator** to join our team.
Experience in handling **international patients** and coordinating with multicultural clients is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain patient medical records accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate OMR/documentation processes across departments.
- Handle patient registration, file updates, and medical documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, insurance teams, and administrative staff.
- Assist international patients with documentation and appointment coordination.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain proper digital and physical record systems.
- Follow up on missing information and ensure timely updates of records.
- Prepare reports and support audits when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Medical Records, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in medical records or healthcare coordination.
- Familiarity with insurance and international patient processes.
- Experience handling **international patients** is mandatory.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems.
- Proficient with excel reporting to management
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality practices.
