Role Overview
Manage day-to-day operations of the assigned hotel food and beverage outlet.
Ensure excellent guest service, efficient operations, revenue achievement, and compliance with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, or assigned F&B outlet.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the outlet team.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Monitor sales, revenue, food and beverage costs, and operating expenses.
- Achieve monthly and annual revenue and profitability targets.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage staffing levels according to business requirements.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational priorities to employees.
- Coordinate with kitchen, front office, housekeeping, purchasing, and other departments.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and proper storage of food and beverage products.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, HACCP, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
- Assist with promotions, special events, and initiatives to increase outlet revenue.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of F&B experience, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management position.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Good knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and revenue management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 2,165.56 to AED 10,385.39 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
