Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage employees.
- Create employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Resolve conflicts and support a positive customer experience.
- Ensure employees follow alcohol service, safety, and food-handling regulations.
- Monitor daily operations, including cash handling and restocking.
- Order alcohol, food, and supplies and build vendor relationships.
- Create and maintain an inventory management system.
- Oversee marketing and promotional activities.
- Prepare payroll and maintain employee records.
- Manage the budget and financial documentation.
Pay
- Pay is AED 5,000 to AED 11,000 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.

- Manage inventory, purchasing, payroll, employee records, budgets, and financial documentation.
- Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations, including cash handling and restocking.
