Role Overview
The Floor Manager oversees restaurant floor operations, staff performance, customer service, and daily coordination.
Staff Supervision and Training
- Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and guide team members.
- Train new hires on company policies, safety rules, and job duties.
- Hire, coach, and discipline floor employees as needed.
Customer Service and Floor Standards
- Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints quickly.
- Walk the floor and address appearance and cleanliness issues.
- Inspect the floor for cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper visual presentation.
Scheduling and Operations
- Create schedules and process time-off requests.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Manage point-of-sale tasks and enforce company policies.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 12,000 to AED 13,000 per month.
Requirements
- Ability to supervise, coach, and discipline floor employees.
- Ability to train new hires on company policies, safety rules, and job duties.
- Ability to handle customer questions and complaints promptly.
- Knowledge of health, safety, dress code, and other company policies.
