Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual event calendars for all three venues.
• Plan and execute weekly brunches, themed nights, live entertainment, seasonal celebrations, and special events.
• Create and manage competitions including beer pong, darts, mechanical bull, quiz nights, gaming events, and sports-related activations.
• Manage each event from concept development and budgeting through promotion, operations, and post-event evaluation.
• Develop event concepts suited to the identity and target audience of each venue.
• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with bands, DJs, performers, hosts, entertainers, production companies, and suppliers.
• Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines, floor plans, production requirements, and detailed event run sheets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Kitchen, Bar, Security, AV, Reservations, and Finance departments.
• Ensure venues are fully prepared with entertainment, sound, lighting, décor, staffing, packages, guest lists, and table plans.
• Manage corporate bookings, private functions, brand activations, and external events.
• Work with Marketing on event campaigns, promotional calendars, and ticketing strategies.
• Oversee major events, guest experience, problem resolution, post-event reviews, and event partner databases.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience in hospitality, nightlife, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, or experiential events is required.
• The candidate should be commercially focused, highly organized, and capable of managing several events across multiple venues simultaneously.
• Experience with live entertainment, brunches, nightlife concepts, competitions, corporate events, ticketed events, and external activations is advantageous.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 5,026.39 to AED 17,650.10 per month.

Workplace

• Work location is in person.
