Responsibilities
- Welcome patrons warmly and professionally as they enter the establishment.
- Handle phone, in-person, or digital bookings and maintain an organized waitlist.
- Escort guests to tables while balancing server workloads and table rotation.
- Answer initial questions about menus, hours, and wait times.
- Liaise between guests, servers, and kitchen staff regarding special requests or allergies.
- Support waitstaff and help clear or reset tables when needed.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills for positive guest interactions.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy floor plan under pressure.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a long shift.
- Willingness to support waitstaff and help clear or reset tables when needed.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 2,341.52 to AED 7,132.73 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
