Staff Management
- Schedule shifts, train new hires, monitor performance, lead by example, and ensure adherence to procedures.
Inventory and Stock Control
- Order supplies, manage deliveries, rotate stock, minimize waste, and maintain proper storage.
Customer Service
- Ensure high-quality service, handle complaints, resolve disputes, and foster a positive atmosphere.
Operations and Compliance
- Complete opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness, manage cash floats, and follow health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Reporting and Administration
- Complete checklists, manage till operations, assist with budgets, and report issues to the Bar Manager.
Sales and Promotion
- Assist with sales initiatives, promote drinks, and help with events.
Work Arrangement
- The role is performed in person.
Employment Type
The position is full-time.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in scheduling shifts, training new hires, and monitoring staff performance.
- Ability to manage supplies, deliveries, stock rotation, storage, and waste reduction.
- Ability to maintain high-quality customer service and resolve complaints or disputes.
- Ability to follow health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Ability to manage cash floats and till operations accurately.
