The employer is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in bedding, home textiles, or related textile products.
The role develops customers, manages accounts, expands market coverage, and drives sales growth across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales across assigned UAE territories and onboard distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and trading companies.
- Manage existing customer relationships and expand product distribution, market coverage, and brand visibility.
- Conduct market visits, identify opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.
- Promote bedding and home textile products to retail, wholesale, and institutional customers.
- Execute product launches, promotions, and sales campaigns.
- Monitor stock availability, sales performance, and corrective actions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, prepare forecasts, and support customer collections.
- Submit daily sales reports, market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- 3–7 years of UAE sales experience in bedding, home textiles, furnishing, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of UAE retail, wholesale, distributor, and trading markets.
- Proven outdoor or field sales and business development experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good commercial and market understanding.
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication is required; Arabic is advantageous.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Preferred sectors include bedding, bed linen, home textiles, towels, bath linen, blankets, comforters, bedspreads, and duvets.
- Additional relevant sectors include curtains, soft furnishings, household textiles, home furnishing products, textile trading, department stores, hypermarkets, retail, and wholesale.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
