Salary and Positions
- The Mobile Technician position pays AED 2,500 to AED 3,000.
- The Senior Mobile Technician position pays AED 3,000 to AED 4,000.
- The stated salary is AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month depending on position and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices, including screens, batteries, charging ports, housings, and other hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform updates and firmware flashing, and remove viruses.
- Senior Technicians handle advanced motherboard, chip-level, charging IC, and complex component repairs.
- Test repaired devices and explain technical issues, repair options, charges, and completion times to customers.
- Recommend and sell mobile phones, second-hand devices, accessories, warranties, repair packages, and other services.
- Achieve sales and service targets, handle customer enquiries, and maintain repair, spare-parts, and device records.
- Maintain a clean repair area and guide or support junior technicians when required.
Requirements
- Previous Mobile Technician or Mobile Phone Technician experience is required.
- Strong smartphone hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge is required.
- Hands-on mobile phone repair experience is required.
- Sales and customer-handling experience are mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to explain technical issues clearly and recommend relevant products and services.
- A target-oriented and customer-focused approach is required.
- Advanced motherboard and chip-level repair experience is preferred for Senior Technicians.
Work Location
- Work is in person in Dubai.
