Role Overview
The company is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with experience in the construction industry.
The role maintains accurate records, processes material transactions, and supports store and project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data related to construction materials, inventory, and project records.
- Process and update MRVs, MIVs, GRNs, LPOs, and Delivery Notes.
- Maintain inventory and stock records in ERP systems.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.
- Prepare reports and summaries as requested by management.
- Coordinate with storekeepers, procurement teams, and project or site personnel.
- File and maintain records and documentation properly.
- Support audits and inventory reconciliation activities.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction materials, terminology, and inventory processes.
- Experience handling MRVs, MIVs, GRNs, LPOs, and Delivery Notes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
