Role overview
BPO PLUS is seeking an Outdoor Sales Agent to generate sales through outdoor and field-based customer engagement.
The role includes prospecting, customer relationship management, negotiations, target achievement, and sales reporting.
Sales responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers in assigned outdoor areas.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs.
- Promote and explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and direct customer engagement.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within company guidelines.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Operations and reporting
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, leads, visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer requirements.
