Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of Outdoor Pursuits programs, Sports Park, Lake House, and youth activities
- Deliver exceptional experiences through engaging, personalized service
- Supervise youth camps, family programs, sports activities, and special events
- Support a variety of recreation programs including racket sports, archery, water based activities, and outdoor adventures
- Ensure all activities are delivered safely and in accordance with company standards and risk management procedures
- Coach, mentor, and support team members through training and daily leadership
- Conduct facility, equipment, and safety inspections to maintain operational excellence
- Manage activity schedules, equipment inventory, and operational readiness
- Build strong relationships with members and guests while promoting participation and engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recreation, sports, hospitality, outdoor pursuits, youth programming, or a related field
- Proven leadership and team supervision experience
- Strong passion for creating exceptional guest and member experiences
- Experience working with children, youth programs, camps, or family activities is highly desirable
- First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, positive, and hands on approach to leadership
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of our Outdoor Pursuits programs, Sports Park, Lake House, and youth activities.
