- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and contracts for outdoor catering and events services
- Conduct site visits and consultations with prospective clients to understand their event needs and present customized solutions
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify growth potential
- Manage sales pipelines and forecasts, utilizing CRM systems to track leads, conversions, and client interactions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and company standards
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review and strategic planning

- Strong leadership and team management skills
