Job Overview
- Supports the smooth running of the kitchen department, delivering high level guest dining experiences throughout the hotel.
- Works as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to enquiries and problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for duties and tasks assigned, ensuring timely and professional work.
- Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives and targets.
- Collaborate with immediate report to control costs and inventory, attaining productivity and performance levels.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
- Ensure adherence and compliance with all legislation, planning and documenting due diligence and best practices for internal and external audit.
