Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across departments to identify skill gaps and development priorities
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, including leadership development, technical training, and soft skills
- Manage end to end learning programs (planning, vendor coordination, delivery, and post training evaluation)
- Lead onboarding and induction programs to ensure smooth employee integration
- Establish competency frameworks and career development pathways
- Support performance management processes by linking development plans to performance outcomes
- Introduce and manage digital learning platforms (LMS, e learning, microlearning tools)
- Measure training effectiveness using KPIs such as ROI, engagement, and performance improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) is a plus
- 8–10 years of experience in HR (Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development)
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs and leadership initiatives
- Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Prior experience in a lead or senior specialist role is preferred
- Experience in large or complex organizations is an advantage
