About the Role

- Receive and process guest orders accurately and efficiently through phone, in person, or digital means
- Communicate orders to the kitchen, supply area, or other departments to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services to assist guests and make appropriate suggestions
- Process payments accurately and provide guests with receipts by suggesting additional or premium products to increase sales
Requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong guest service skills with friendly attitude
- Attention to detail to ensure correct order entry and delivery
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- 1 2 years of bartending experience in a Hotel, Restaurant or Bar
- High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management
