About the Role
Edari is hiring an Oracle Fusion Procurement Consultant for a remote annually renewable contract. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud solutions for a large regional client.

Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud solutions
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion modules including Self Service Procurement (SSP), Purchasing, Sourcing & Negotiations, Supplier Qualification Management, Supplier Registration & Portal, and Procurement Contracts
- Drive end to end Procure to Pay (P2P) processes including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, and procurement reporting
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Sourcing, including RFQs, RFPs, supplier negotiations, auctions, supplier evaluations, and award management
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, and ADFDI
- Conduct fit gap analysis and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), test scripts, and user training materials
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, post go live activities, and ongoing application enhancements
- Troubleshoot procurement related issues and recommend Oracle best practices to improve business processes
- Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and deliver effective procurement solutions
- Contribute to procurement automation, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement, Purchasing, Self Service Procurement (SSP), Sourcing & Negotiations, and Procure to Pay (P2P) processes
- Hands on experience configuring Oracle Negotiations, supplier collaboration, workflow approvals, and BPM
- Good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, and ADFDI
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Procurement with third party applications and enterprise systems
- Strong documentation skills with experience creating BRDs, FDDs, test scripts, and training documentation
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
- Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud implementation experience is required

Role Overview
- We are looking to hire an Oracle Fusion Procurement Consultant who will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud solutions for one of the largest organizations in the region.
- This position will be on an annually renewable contract.
- The role sits within the IT Department and works closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

- Hands on experience configuring Oracle Negotiations, supplier collaboration, workflow approvals, and BPM
- Experience with Procurement Contracts and Supplier Lifecycle Management is highly desirable
- Good understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, and ADFDI
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Procurement with third party applications and enterprise systems
- Strong documentation skills with experience creating BRDs, FDDs, test scripts, and training documentation
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
- Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud implementation experience is required
- Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud Certification is preferred
- Exposure to Redwood UX, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), procurement automation, supplier risk management, or AI enabled procurement capabilities will be an advantage
- Experience within Retail, Hospitality, Real Estate, or Shared Services environments is preferred

- Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.
- We are looking for candidates who can work remotely in an offshore contract engagement.
