Overview

We are looking to hire a

Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Payroll & Core HR)

who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for our client based in

Dubai

– one of the largest companies in the region.

This is a long term contract that is

renewable on an annual basis.

The role sits within the

It Department

and reports directly to the

Senior Manager.

We are looking for a passionate

Oracle Fusion Hcm Techno-Functional Consultant

with strong expertise in

Core HR and Payroll modules

, capable of translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support, system configuration, integrations, reporting, security, workflow design, and Redwood user experience enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions with a primary focus on

Core Hr And Payroll

  • modules.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM applications in line with organizational standards, business processes, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain

Hcm Data Loader (Hdl)

processes,

Hcm Extracts

, and

Payroll Fast Formula

  • to support business requirements.
  • Build and support reports, dashboards, infolets, and analytics using

Otbi

and

Bi Publisher

  • .
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Act as the key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Support and optimize Oracle Fusion HCM applications to improve system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain

Fusion Security

  • , approval workflows, and role-based access controls.
  • Design and support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party systems.
  • Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities to ensure solution quality.
  • Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to super users and end users.
  • Support
  • Redwood page implementation and customization
  • to enhance the user experience.
  • Establish and maintain documentation, governance standards, policies, and best practices for Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Evaluate and leverage Oracle Fusion HCM’s latest capabilities, including
  • Generative AI and Agentic AI features
  • , where applicable.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Fusion HCM application environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting and implementing

Oracle Fusion Hcm Applications

  • .
  • Strong techno-functional expertise in

Oracle Fusion Hcm Payroll

and

Core Hr

  • modules.
  • Hands-on experience with
