Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and E-Business Tax (EBTax).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and Oracle EBS solutions.
- Configure finance modules and related setups as per business and compliance requirements.
- Support end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle standards.
- Prepare functional design documents (MD50), setup documents, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICEFW).
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide L2/L3 functional support.
- Support data migration and reconciliation activities during implementation and upgrade projects.
- Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Audit, Taxation, and Business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial regulations.
- Participate in Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
Must Have Skills
- 8+ years of Oracle EBS Finance Functional experience.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Financials: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Cash Management (CM) Fixed Assets (FA) E-Business Tax (EBTax)

- Experience in R2R, P2P, and O2C business processes.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Expertise in RICEFW components.
- Experience in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRDs, and MD50s.
- Strong knowledge of SLA (Subledger Accounting).
- Experience supporting global finance operations and multi-org environments.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle EBS R12/R12.2 implementation experience.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials migration or coexistence projects.
- Exposure to Procure-to-Pay and Supply Chain integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle Workflow and Approval Management Engine (AME).
- Experience with reporting tools such as XML Publisher, BI Publisher, and Oracle Reports.
- Understanding of SOX compliance and audit controls.
- Oracle Financials certification preferred.
