Overview
We are hiring an Operations Supervisor / Guest Concierge to support daily operations across holiday homes and luxury residences in Dubai.
We are looking for someone highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented who can ensure smooth daily execution, maintain quality standards and deliver excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor daily schedules and team allocation
- Coordinate and follow up with housekeeping teams in the field
- Conduct quality checks and ensure Neatly standards are maintained
- Support onboarding, coaching and training of team members
- Communicate professionally with clients and guests
- Handle guest requests and concierge support
- Resolve operational issues and escalate where required
- Monitor completion, reporting and service quality
- Maintain a strong overview of daily operations
Requirements
- Experience in operations, hospitality, housekeeping supervision or guest relations preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Leadership mindset and attention to detail
- Comfortable using mobile apps and operational systems
- English required (additional languages are a plus)
