Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections before and after services
- Perform regular spot checks on active housekeeping teams
- Train, coach, and develop housekeeping staff on cleaning standards and procedures
- Handle and resolve cleaning related customer complaints professionally
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily housekeeping operations
- Ensure all services are completed on time and to quality standards
- Carry out regular property inspections
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Onboard and train new housekeeping staff
- Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader
- UAE housekeeping supervisory experience preferred
- Experience managing housekeeping teams in hotels, holiday homes, residential cleaning, or facilities management
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
- UAE driving licence is an advantage

About Us
- We are a premium housekeeping and property care company serving residential homes and holiday homes across Dubai.
- We are looking for a proactive, detail oriented Housekeeping Supervisor passionate about quality, leadership, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections before and after services.
- Perform regular spot checks on active housekeeping teams.
- Train, coach, and develop housekeeping staff on cleaning standards and procedures.
- Handle and resolve cleaning related customer complaints professionally.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily housekeeping operations.
- Ensure all services are completed on time and to our quality standards.
- Carry out regular property inspections.
- Support and supervise housekeeping teams throughout the day.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is clean, well maintained, and reported for repair when needed.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and equipment.
- Onboard and train new housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all SOPs, safety procedures, and company standards are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader.
- UAE housekeeping supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience managing housekeeping teams in hotels, holiday homes, residential cleaning, or facilities management.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to organize teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and mobile applications).
- Good spoken and written English.
- UAE driving licence is an advantage.
