- Make sure the daily schedule is executed perfectly, and schedule teams efficiently
- Coordinate logistics and housekeeping operations across the city
- Act as first point of contact for new customers, and handle incoming calls and support
- Manage complaints calmly and resolve them to the client's satisfaction
- Carry out quality control across properties to ensure standards are consistently met
- Prepare and coordinate special service requests
- Train and onboard new team members
- Check the quality, maintenance and readiness of equipment and tools
Requirements
- Experience in administration, office support, customer service, coordination, or operations from any industry
- Highly organized and able to work independently, taking ownership of the day
- Confident, professional communicator in English on the phone and in writing
- Calm and effective under pressure, with strong attention to detail
- Based in Dubai with reliable personal transport
- Valid UAE driving licence (advantageous)

Requirements

The Role
- 6 days per week, 8:00am–6:00pm.
- AED 4,000–4,500 per month — a fixed monthly cash salary, paid in full.
