- Execute and monitor daily housekeeping schedules and team allocations.
- Coordinate and follow up with housekeeping teams working across multiple locations.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure company standards are consistently maintained.
- Support the onboarding, coaching, and training of housekeeping staff.
- Communicate professionally with clients, guests, and internal teams.
- Manage guest requests and provide concierge related support when required.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently and escalate matters when necessary.
- Monitor task completion, reporting, and overall service quality.
- Maintain a clear overview of daily operations and workforce performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, hospitality operations, guest relations, or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Leadership mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using mobile applications and operational systems
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory
