One of the prestigious clients of Abu Dhabi is looking for an Operations PMO Analyst – eLearning Platforms & EdTech for their UAE operations
They are building a scalable digital learning platform delivering enterprise training experiences for organizations and professionals.
The product sits at the intersection of learning platforms and enterprise SaaS.
They are looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong e-learning or EdTech experience to lead the platform’s growth.
This role requires expertise in digital learning ecosystems, enterprise SaaS, and user-centered learning experiences, balancing learner engagement with enterprise needs
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap with a focus on learner experience, enterprise adoption, and SaaS scalability
- Define and deliver structured learning journeys including certifications, compliance training, and career pathways
- Build and evolve enterprise learning platform capabilities (multi-tenancy, role-based access, reporting, audit trails, enrolment management)
- Translate learning and training needs into scalable product features for enterprises, professionals, and administrators
- Drive product discovery with learners, enterprise clients, and training providers to identify high-impact opportunities
Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in digital product management with strong experience in EdTech, e-learning platforms, or LMS products
- Proven experience building or scaling enterprise learning platforms or LMS solutions
- Experience with certification systems, compliance training, or structured learning pathways
- Strong understanding of learner experience design, engagement models, and digital learning ecosystems
