- At Genius we are hiring a Marketing Manager for a leading Retail/Sports conglomerate.
- We are seeking a commercially elite, omnichannel focused Marketing Manager to lead full spectrum marketing transformation across the GCC.
Commercial Growth & Omnichannel Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated GCC wide marketing strategies that drive profitable growth across retail and digital channels.
- Deliver country specific plans while ensuring regional brand consistency and operational excellence.
- Own and improve key commercial performance indicators, including Revenue Growth, Gross Profit, Store Footfall, Transactions, Units per Transaction, Average Transaction Value, Customer Acquisition Cost, Return on Advertising Spend, Conversion Rate, Customer Retention, Ecommerce Revenue, and Market Sh
Retail Marketing & Store Performance
- Develop marketing initiatives that directly increase retail traffic and in store transactions through highly targeted commercial campaigns.
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, new store openings and product launches, promotional calendars, retail activations and experiential marketing, loyalty and customer engagement programmes, tourist and customer segmentation strategies.
- Ensure marketing investment is directly linked to measurable commercial outcomes and retail performance.
Ecommerce & Digital Growth
- Lead the regional ecommerce strategy to accelerate online sales, improve customer experience, and increase digital profitability.
- Oversee Performance Marketing, Paid Media, CRM and Customer Lifecycle Marketing, Email and SMS Marketing, SEO and Organic Growth, Marketplace Expansion, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Customer Journey Optimisation.
- Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Commercial teams to align product priorities, promotional activity, and inventory with customer demand.
Social Media & Community Leadership
- Develop and execute an integrated regional social media strategy that strengthens brand relevance while driving measurable business outcomes.
- Lead marketing across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Community Engagement.
- Define content strategies that reinforce Geekay's authority across Gaming, Anime, Collectibles, Pop Culture, Gifting, Family Entertainment.
- Measure success through Audience Growth, Reach, Engagement, Community Development, Customer Acquisition, Social Commerce, Revenue Attribution.
Brand Transformation
- Lead the strategic evolution of the Geekay brand from a specialist gaming retailer into a leading regional destination for gaming, collectibles, anime, gifting, entertainment, and lifestyle.
- Build long term brand equity by strengthening customer perception, enhancing cultural relevance, and creating differentiated customer experiences that support sustained commercial growth.
Leadership & Cross Functional Collaboration
- Provide strategic leadership to regional marketing teams while fostering a high performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Ecommerce, Buying, Merchandising, Commercial, CRM, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure marketing strategies are fully aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable impact across all customer touchpoints.
