Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales & Operations Lead to oversee both revenue generation and day to day operational efficiency in our perfume trading business.
  • This role combines strategic sales leadership with operational execution, ensuring smooth supply chain processes, strong client relationships, and consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and wholesale clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities in the fragrance industry.
  • Lead pricing strategies, promotions, and product positioning.
  • Oversee end to end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely product availability.
  • Optimize inventory levels to reduce waste and stockouts.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and delivery.
  • Lead and manage sales and operations teams.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
  • Foster a high performance and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales and operations (preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or FMCG).
  • Strong understanding of fragrance market trends and distribution channels.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in inventory management and logistics coordination.
