Role Description
- Support daily operational planning and coordination to maintain efficient workflows and timely execution.
- Prepare operational plans, schedules, forecasts, resource requirements, and activity timelines.
- Coordinate operational requirements with Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Logistics, Sales, and other departments.
- Monitor schedules, orders, inventory, resource availability, and operational progress.
- Maintain planning data, records, schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Identify potential delays, capacity issues, resource constraints, and operational risks.
- Follow up with teams to ensure activities, orders, and deliveries are completed on schedule.
- Prepare operational reports, planning summaries, performance updates, and basic data analysis.
- Support process improvements, system updates, data entry, forecasting, and related administrative tasks.
- Communicate changes to schedules, priorities, and operational requirements to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operations planning, scheduling, inventory, logistics, and resource coordination.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Good numerical skills with the ability to analyze operational data.
