Role Description
The Marketing Assistant supports marketing activities across digital and offline channels.
The role combines campaign support, content coordination, research, administration, social media, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Create, proofread, and coordinate social media, email, promotional, and website content.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research.
- Coordinate activities, schedules, materials, and communications with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain marketing databases, customer information, campaign records, and digital content.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Support social media management, content calendars, promotional activities, events, and brand initiatives.
- Assist with marketing project administration and contribute ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
