Role overview
The role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leadership.
The Executive Assistant coordinates with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on deadlines.
- Coordinate business travel, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and related arrangements.
- Manage correspondence and communications with stakeholders.
- Organize executive meetings and events.
- Monitor deadlines, manage confidential documents, and coordinate administrative projects.
- Prepare expense reports and support special initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Strong executive administration, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage complex schedules, competing priorities, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with professional etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
