Role Description
The employer is seeking a customer-focused and commercially minded Account Manager.
The role manages client relationships, strengthens customer retention, drives account growth, and coordinates solutions throughout the client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling, renewal, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and coordinate contract or service requirements.
- Follow up on customer requests and collaborate with sales, operations, finance, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Monitor account performance and customer feedback, resolve issues, maintain CRM records, and prepare account reports.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, revenue, and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of account management, customer relationship management, sales, and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, requests, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, account-management platforms, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
