- Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to policies and SLAs
- Manage transfer/registration at land department by coordinating with customers and sales team
- Handle mortgage for government housing programs such as ADHA, SZHP
- Review cases from booking to mortgage perfection and complete tasks within functional framework
- Visit banks for buyout payment and document collection
- Maintain tracking MIS of each case process at respective Emirates
- Assist manager in formulating/updating and implementing SOPs

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

Role Purpose
- Transfer Operation Officer ensures smooth daily operations and serves clients within defined policies and SLAs.
- This position ensures the Bank is protected with appropriate source documents and legally enforceable charge documentation.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure role responsibilities are followed and completed on time with no compromises on policy and controls.
- Maintain high standard of customer service management.
- Manage transfer/registration at land department by coordinating with ADIB customer and sales team.
- Handle mortgage for government housing programs such as ADHA, SZHP.
- Ensure following schedule of appointments for property registration.
- Report issues identified in any process to line manager for timely escalation.
- Review cases from Booking to Mortgage perfection and complete tasks within functional framework.
- Provide assistance to Manager in formulating/updating and implementing SOPs.
- Visit banks for Buyout payment and collection of documents.
- Maintain tracking MIS of each case process at respective Emirates.
- Handle Home Finance end to end process from login to disbursement.
- Process all cases mortgage and transfer as per policy guidelines.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of Banks Policies and Product Knowledge.
- Thorough understanding of Islamic Products.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
