Key Responsibilities
- Streamline workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement effective standard operating procedures.
- Monitor departmental budgets, track expenses, and forecast operational costs to maximize profitability.
- Supervise staff, coordinate cross-functional departments, and lead staff training or performance development.
- Ensure company policies and industry regulations, including local legal standards, are strictly met.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Typically 3 to 10 years of professional experience, depending on the seniority of the role.
- Strong leadership, data-analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise software such as an ERP or CRM system.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,361.48 to AED 17,236.58 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is on the road.
