Role Overview
The Floor Manager role requires hospitality experience and responsibility for staff supervision, customer service, floor standards, scheduling, and cross-department coordination.
Staff and Customer Service
- Assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and guide team members.
- Train and onboard new hires on company policies, safety rules, and job duties.
- Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
- Hire, coach, and discipline employees as needed.
Floor and Operational Standards
- Inspect and walk the floor to maintain cleanliness, safety compliance, and visual presentation.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate activities with inventory, kitchen, housekeeping, or other departments.
- Create schedules and process time-off requests.
- Manage point-of-sale tasks.
- Enforce health, safety, dress code, and other company policies.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 12,000 to AED 13,000 per month.
