Role Overview
A premier luxury hotel in Downtown Dubai is seeking an Operations Manager.
The role leads hotel departments and drives guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability.
The position is responsible for brand standards, policy compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and annual hotel budget preparation.
- Manage budget spend and monitor variances to optimize costs.
- Measure performance against KPIs and direct continuous improvement.
- Deliver brand-consistent operations and model corporate service standards.
- Implement SOPs and policies for consistent guest experiences.
- Update procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize revenue and occupancy.
- Lead recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing teams.
- Drive accountability through clear performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of hospitality operations experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior hotel leadership role.
- Strong background in front office operations.
- Experience in luxury hotel brand operations.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Excellent guest services expertise and team leadership capabilities.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Hospitality or management certifications are preferred.
