Role Overview
- This is a dual role position responsible for overseeing operational delivery and audit quality across Assurance, Accounting, and Internal Audit functions.
- The role reports directly to senior management and will play a key part in ensuring efficient service delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in audit and assurance.
- Mandatory experience with a Big 4 firm.
- Proven leadership experience within an audit firm.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, or CPA is required; CIA is an advantage.
- Strong experience in client management and client engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client delivery, stakeholder expectations, and issue resolution.
- Fluent English communication skills.
