- Support the daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Prepare and present pastry items to the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Follow established recipes, portion controls, and production schedules to ensure consistency.
- Ensure food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards are consistently maintained.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and promptly report any maintenance requirements.
- Minimise food waste and support departmental cost control initiatives.
- Ensure the correct storage, labelling, and rotation of food products in line with food safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Support the training and development of junior team members where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry in a hotel or high volume culinary operation
- Good knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Passionate about food quality, creativity, and presentation
- A strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Good communication skills in English
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Eager to learn, grow, and stay updated on new culinary trends and techniques

About The Role
- As a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, you will support the daily operations of the Pastry Kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
