Role Overview
Nord Anglia Education is recruiting an Operations Manager to take overall responsibility for campus operational management.
The role provides strategic leadership across health and safety, facilities, contracts, compliance, campus planning, and support staff management.
The Role
- Lead health and safety, facilities management, and campus planning across the school.
- Manage capital projects, capex budgets, governance structures, renovations, modifications, and large-scale procurement.
- Oversee third-party contracts and daily operations covering security, cleaning, maintenance, school buses, and on-site catering.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar regulatory agencies, Nord Anglia standards, and legal requirements.
- Lead budgeting, procurement, and event logistics for non-academic functions.
- Line manage procurement, operations, facilities, bus support, and medical teams.
- Support space planning, room moves, building maintenance, resource planning, and vendor cost savings.
Successful Candidate
- University degree.
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar operations management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with high personal integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to prompt others to achieve deadlines.
- Qatar or regional Middle East experience is desirable.
