About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage product flow in and out of the store, including replenishment from delivery to shop floor.
- Lead, manage and develop the stock team.
- Partner with management to minimize security risks and ensure appropriate procedures.
- Review and follow up on maintenance and minor works, and IS&T.
- Support store management with monthly and daily rota management.

- Knowledge of product flow and stock control processes

Position
- As Operation Manager, you will manage all aspects of product flow, loss prevention, facilities, and health & safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Inspire and lead your team to proactively support the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Support the team with consistent coaching and identify development needs.
- Identify, recruit and develop talents.
- Set individual and team goals and manage performance.
- Manage product flow in and out of the store.
- Optimise operations processes relating to product flow.
- Develop initiatives to improve stock management.
- Partner with sales management for shop soiled and defective procedures.
- Set up and track stock KPIs.
- Develop closer working relationships between stock and shop floor teams.
- Work closely with Logistics & Supply Chain teams.
- Manages accuracy of store stock file.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations management.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Knowledge of product flow and stock control processes.
- Understanding of loss prevention and security procedures.
