About The Job

  • Louis Vuitton is seeking a Human Resources Manager, based out of our Miami Regional Office supporting our Atlanta, the Carolinas and Tennessee markets.
  • Reporting to the Human Resources Director.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to foster employee growth, from identifying developmental needs to succession planning for high potential individuals.
  • Provide expert guidance on performance management, coaching, and corrective actions, utilizing our internal platforms.
  • Manage compensation initiatives, including bonus plans and merit increases.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and feedback, linking efforts to business goals.
  • Interpret and implement HR policies, providing leadership in resolving employee relations issues.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee concerns in partnership with our corporate team.
  • Act as a key liaison for corporate HR on matters like leave requests, worker's compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Profile

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, superior organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously, maintain high discretion, make sound judgments, and drive results without compromising ethics or quality.
  • Ability to travel in order to support our markets in Atlanta, the Carolinas and Tennessee.

Additional Information

  • The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $110,000 $140,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
