About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage product flow in and out of the store, including replenishment from delivery to shop floor
- Lead, manage, and develop the stock team

- Set up and track stock KPIs for monthly review with Store Director
- Develop initiatives to improve stock management and reduce stock loss
- Support store management with monthly and daily rota management
- Partner with management to deliver new store openings/expansions/renovations
Requirements
- Experience in operations management, preferably in retail or luxury goods
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of stock control, loss prevention, and facilities management

About The Job
- As Operation Manager, you will manage all aspects of product flow, loss prevention, facilities, and health & safety.
- You will lead, manage and develop the stock team and partner with the management teams in store to optimise operations across and between all departments/concessions.
- Deliver a positive impact on sales, service and stock management.
Team Management and Development
- Inspire and lead your team to proactively support the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise.
- Support the team with consistent coaching, identify development and training needs.
- Identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans.
- Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance.
- Manage and motivate the team to meet goals; create a positive work environment.
- Communicate company vision, goals and relevant business news to the team.
- Proactively provide recommendations and creative ideas to Country office.
Product Flow and Stock Control
- Manage product flow in and out of the store replenishment from delivery to shop floor.
- Optimise operations processes in the store relating to product flow.
- Develop initiatives to improve stock management with direct positive impact on stock loss.
- Partner with sales management to ensure shop soiled and defective procedures are adhered to.
- Set up and track stock KPI’s for review with Store Director on a monthly basis.
- Develop closer working relationships between stock and shop floor teams.
- Work closely with Logistics & Supply Chain teams to identify and address issues.
- Manages accuracy of store stock file.
Security
- Partner with Management to ensure security risks are minimized and appropriate procedures are in place.
- Responsible for Incident Reports.
- Work closely with regional Operations Manager to identify and address issues.
- Ensure all team members have security training to increase awareness and reduce thefts.
Facilities, Maintenance and IS&T
- Review and follow up of maintenance and minor works, and IS&T.
- Support and deputise for Store Management in matters related to external suppliers.
- Work closely with regional Operations team and IS&T to identify and address issues.
- Arrange access for contractors in a timely manner.
- Responsible for Suppliers and PO process.
Business Support
- Partner with Management team to achieve business objectives related to sales, service, stock and profitability.
- Suggest new initiatives, ways to working to better the business.
- Support management and HR with investigations/performance management issues where necessary.
- Responsible for ensuring that all team members have the appropriate uniform for their job role.
- Support Store Management with Monthly and Daily Rota Management.
- Partner with Management team to successfully deliver new store openings/expansions/renovations.
- Develop excellent working relationships with key stakeholders.
