Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all departments to ensure seamless business execution
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures and best practices
- Monitor operational performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics and Site Teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational challenges
- Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple projects
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to Department Head
- Lead, mentor and supervise team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Prepare operational reports, monitor operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 7 years in a managerial role
- Experience in interiors or manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred
