Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance for systems, hardware, and network devices covered under AMC
- Handle technical support requests from users and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with third party vendors for AMC services and follow up on maintenance schedules
- Maintain accurate records of service, maintenance logs, and issue reports
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and networking systems
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and ensure minimal downtime
- Ensure compliance with company IT and safety standards
- Support asset management, including tagging, tracking, and inventory updates
- Provide technical input for AMC renewals and vendor evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT or AMC support role (preferably in Dubai/UAE)
- Strong knowledge of hardware maintenance, networking, and system troubleshooting
- Familiar with Windows, MS Office, and network configuration tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple support requests and prioritize tasks efficiently
- UAE driving license (preferred)

Job Summary
