- Manage multiple art and interior enhancement projects simultaneously from project award to final handover.
- Develop project execution plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, installation, and administrative teams for smooth project execution.
- Optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce project delays.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources effectively.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, Interior Design, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Project Management and Operations Management
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution and handover
- Experience in art consultancy, fit out, interiors, exhibitions, signage, custom manufacturing, luxury retail, hospitality, or related industries highly preferred

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Project Management and Operations Management.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from planning through execution and handover.
- Experience in art consultancy, fit out, interiors, exhibitions, signage, custom manufacturing, luxury retail, hospitality, or related industries will be highly preferred.
