- Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media)
- Create engaging content for social media, websites and digital ads in line with brand objectives
- Implement best practices and strategies to generate high quality leads to support the sales team
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Manage social media platforms like LinkedIn and ensure consistent posting and engagement
- Run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads
- Improve website traffic and visibility through SEO best practices
- Collaborate with the design and sales teams to develop creative and marketing materials
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- 2 3 years of digital marketing experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO, and analytics tools
- Experience in content creation and performance marketing
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are an advantage

Job Summary
- Joseph Advertisers is looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate must have 2–3 years of hands on experience in the UAE, with a strong background in planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
