Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for digital solutions projects
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements
- Prepare material take offs and quantity calculations from drawings and project documents
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for project costing
- Support preparation and submission of tender documents within specified deadlines
- Study project drawings and identify project scope and technical requirements
- Assist in selecting suitable products and solutions based on client specifications
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical information and pricing
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement, and Project teams
- Maintain organized database of quotations, suppliers, and project records
- Prepare estimation reports and cost summaries
- Update estimation templates and pricing databases regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or related engineering discipline
- 0–1 year of experience in estimation or related field

Job Purpose
- Joseph Digital Solutions L.L.C. is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Estimation Engineer to join our growing team.
- This role is ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and technical proposals for digital solutions projects.
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare material take offs and quantity calculations from drawings and project documents.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for project costing.
- Support the preparation and submission of tender documents within specified deadlines.
- Study project drawings and identify project scope and technical requirements.
- Assist in selecting suitable products and solutions based on client specifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical information and pricing.

- Maintain an organized database of quotations, suppliers, and project records.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
