is partnering with a global organization to appoint an Operations Manager with experience in drilling fluids or solids control, supporting ADNOC offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Financial Ownership:**
  • full accountability for project budgets, regular financial reviews with senior leadership, and a constant focus on cost optimization and revenue maximisation.
  • **Operational Excellence:**
  • Ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly — from equipment reliability and inventory management to accurate reporting and team performance.
  • When challenges arise, this role sits at the center of resolution and escalation.
  • **HSEQ & Compliance:**
  • Operating in a highly regulated environment requires embedding a strong safety culture and maintaining strict compliance.
  • This includes timely audit closure, adherence to client requirements, and alignment with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and API Q2.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a relevant industrial discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, HSEQ, or Environmental). Where the required qualification is not available, an equivalent technical qualification (such as a Diploma in Engineering, Higher National Diploma, or Associate Degree in Engineering Technology) with a minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience, or equivalent industrial operational experience with at least 10 years in a similar role, will be considered acceptable.
  • Master’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ HSEQ/ Environmental Engineering
  • Certified IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & API Spec Q2) Internal Auditor with minimum of 5 years Auditing experience.
  • Proven experience in an operational role with minimum 10 years (and + 8 years managing team in supervisory level) in relevant sector (energy / Oil& Gas)
