Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of the marketing strategy by working closely with internal stakeholders, managers, agency partners, content providers, and distribution partners
- Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, and analysis
- Manage the conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategy, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive customer conversion and sales
- Conduct regular meetings with account managers to review pipeline, resolve challenges, brainstorm solutions, and provide training
- Demonstrate strong understanding and experience managing PR and media related events
- Develop new campaign products
- Work closely with strategic and brand partners to amplify the brand in the market
- Lead the digital strategy for the asset, driving digital performance results, including web, CRM, performance media, and managing agency contracted deliverables
- Maintain a strong understanding of risk and governance relating to marketing campaigns and execution
- Lead the development of creative and innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media marketing, influencer marketing, email marketing, and traditional media
- Oversee media buying and ensure optimal allocation of the marketing budget across different channels for maximum reach and impact
- Develop and implement a strong SEO strategy to improve the visibility of the website in search engine results
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Proven track record in integrated marketing communications, media and advertising, and public relations
- Experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, retail, leisure, or entertainment industry
- Strong contacts with media, PR, and advertising agencies, as well as tour operators
- In depth knowledge of major partners, media partners and trends, brand management, events management, and PR
- Strong skillset managing agencies
- Strong knowledge of digital media and data driven analysis
- Proven experience managing digital platforms (web/app/CRM)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong people leader and team player

Qualifications and Experience
